rhel-system-roles bug fix update
Description
The rhel-system-roles package includes a collection of Ansible roles and
modules that provide a stable and consistent configuration interface for
managing multiple versions of Rocky Linux.
Bug Fix(es):
* RHC system role: activation key registration fails if system is already
registered (BZ#2214283)
* rhc system role does not apply Insights tags (BZ#2214287)
